How do I launch a Channel?
Go to Headquarterz and click “Launch a Channel.” You’ll be asked to create a profile, upload a photo, and provide your age, and location. You can also join an team organization or add members later.
Can I have more than one organization account?
Yes. Each nonprofit can have more than one channel. Some organizations have multiple programs.
Can I use Headquarterz as an organization where I live?
Headquarterz is currently available to players in the U.S. and select international locations. Check availability in your region by starting the sign-up process.
Why was my account application rejected?
This could be due to missing parental consent (if under 13), invalid team info, or violations of Headquarterz guidelines. You’ll receive an email with next steps.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account, scroll down, and select “Delete Account.” All videos and data will be permanently removed.
Why can’t I open an organization account?
Make sure you meet the requirements and provide accurate information. If issues continue, contact support.
Can I request to join an organization?
Yes. After creating your user profile, you can search for an organization and send a join request. The organizations admin will review and approve you.
Can an organization invite me to join their team?
Yes. Organizations can invite users via email or username. You’ll receive a notification and must accept the invite to join.
